The Shakeology Cleanse

After a wonderful week out of the country on vacation and some minor indulgences, I decided to do The Shake Cleanse (created by fellow Beachbody coach Mike Karpenko) as soon as I returned. The Shake Cleanse involves drinking 3 Shakeology Shakes a day, 2 Green or Detox Teas and a salad for dinner w/a lean white protein (if you are very active, you can also add 2 servings of fruit). Well I'm 1/2 way through Day 3 and happy to report that all has been going well. I've even been able to keep up with my regular workout/teaching schedule. I've only had slight hunger, but I am also feeling refreshed and energized =) I'm in the final month, phase 3, Lean Circuit of ChaLean Extreme and very happy with my results so far and can't wait to see my final results at the end of the month.
